The room was lovely, with a cozy king suite perfect for a special occasion. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the pool, though small, provided a peaceful retreat. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, both inside and out. the room and bathroom were spotless, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night. the outdoor sitting area looked inviting, despite the rainy weather. However, the check-in process was marred by unexpected charges. On the bright side, the hotel offers convenient amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a fireplace in the lobby, and a nearby fitness facility. Despite the initial hiccup, the overall comfort and tranquility of the room made for a pleasant stay. While the Sonesta Select Milwaukee Brookfield has its shortcomings, the beautiful room and serene ambiance are significant highlights. With improvements in communication and customer service, this hotel has the potential to provide a truly delightful experience for guests.
